INDECON Builders is an OC-based, full-service general contractor, led by Founding Principal Michael Pulley. With more than 40 years of experience, Michael has built over 130 million square feet of combined retail, office, industrial, manufacturing, medical, and bio-medical, valued at over $3 billion dollars.
Michael established INDECON BUILDERS in 2014, providing comprehensive client services, design build, entitlement services, building renovations, and also offers full-service tenant consultation including brokerage and construction services.
Over the course of Michael's career he has worked on major projects such as the Paradise Pier in Disneyland and the Antelope Valley Courthouse.
